Three Rogues and The Brahmin
Once upon a time, there was a Brahmin. He lived in a small village. He was poor. He had a thatched house. He and his wife lived there very simply. He had a lack of his family. He also had a goat. The goat was very healthy. Because of his lack, the Brahmin wanted to sell the goat.
One day he went out to sell the goat. He walked to the market with the goat. On the way, there were three rogues standing. Seeing the Brahmin they thought of a plan to snatch the goat from him.
The first rogue went to the Brahin and told him how pretty the dog is! Hearing this, the Brahmin told the rogue that it is not a dog. It is a goat. You are mistaking a goat for a dog. Using no word, the first rogue went away laughing.
The Brahmin began to start walking toward the market with his goat. On the way, the brahmin met with the second rogue. Seeing the goat he told him what a nice the pony is! The Brahmin was astonished to hear this. He strongly protested and said that it is a goat. It is my goat. You are mistaking a goat for a pony. The second rogue went away saying him as a mad man and laughing.
While the Brahmin started walking to the market again then the third rogue appeared to him. The third rogue told the Brahmin where are you taking the donkey? At that time, the Brahmin was really astonished. He fell in hesitation. He thought that the goat was a monster who could change his shape. So, leaving the goat behind and went away.
Seeing this, the three rogues who were waiting behind a tree went out and took possession of the goat.
